I’m a director splitting my time between the Governance Insights Center & Public Policy — and a wife, mom to a canine, avid foodie and I love to travel.
In previous roles, I identified, wrote about, and spoke on pressing issues related to financial reporting policy to foster greater transparency and accountability in global financial markets, including outreach to the industry, standard-setting and regulatory communities. I focused on the areas of structured data and technology as well as ESG standards and increasing their use among the investment community. I serve on the XBRL International Board of Directors and am a member of the XBRL US data quality committee as well as the XBRL US ESG working group. I am an ACA and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
I feel passionately that in order to truly build trust in the capital markets it is essential for all parties — regulators, standard setters, audit firms — to engage with the investor community and other users.
