Rachel Heung
Senior Manager, PwC United Kingdom
Rachel is a Senior Manager on PwC’s UK tax desk, having been assigned from the PwC Deals tax team in the UK. She is responsible for advising the US firm and their clients on UK tax matters and linking with the PwC UK firm as appropriate. She is normally based in London but will be relocating to New York when international travel allows it.
Rachel’s areas of expertise include tax due diligence, structuring for M&A transactions and cross border restructuring. Her experience includes private equity and corporate acquisitions, disposals, initial public offerings and group reorganizations.
Rachel holds a BSc in Geography with Economics from the London School of Economics and is a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales member) and Chartered Tax Adviser (Chartered Institute of Taxation member).
