Reza is a principal in PwC's CP&I practice.  Reza’s diverse background spans over 25 years of disciplined large-scale project initiation, management, advisory, dispute resolution, and delivery services in the engineering, construction, and information technology domains. 

His accomplishments include a variety of advisory and dispute resolution services for multimillion dollar claims involving forensic analyses for delay and cost allocations.  He has expertise with the critical path methodology, has been designated as an expert witness, has presented findings at mediation hearings, and has formal testimony experience.

He has held leadership roles for consulting firms in major engineering and construction engagements with costs of up to $1.5 billion.  He has expertise in structural engineering, seismic analysis, design, and detailing for projects including long-span bridges, grade separation structures and viaducts, office buildings, hospitals, schools, airports, rail transit systems, tunnels, earth retaining systems, and cogeneration plants. 

Reza has also successfully led and delivered multimillion dollar, cross-functional, enterprise-wide technology initiatives in the financial services sector as a technology program manager responsible for distributed development teams as large as 120.  He has managed a technology Project Management Office comprising 30 portfolio and project managers, software engineers, and systems administrators, with a $40 million annual budget delivering 90 technology projects that covered global finance, risk, customer relationship management, legal, human resources, and project controls systems.
