Rich Heller

Rich Heller is the Private Company Services (PCS) NY Metro Regional leader and an Assurance partner in PwC’s Florham Park office. As the regional leader, he oversees a team of 27 partners and over 250 staff in four offices, dedicated solely to serving the accounting, tax and business advisory needs of privately held companies and their owners. His responsibilities include driving client market activities, managing local resources and practice matters and ensuring the quality execution of services amongst our private company portfolio.

With over 22 years of professional experience, Rich has deep expertise in providing audit, financial reporting and accounting advisory services to both private and public companies across a broad range of industrial manufacturing, consumer products and service industries. He is skilled at leading and coordinating both large and small engagement teams, and has significant experience in complex spin-off, IPO and private debt transactions.

Rich has also developed extensive international experience, spending three years in Zurich, Switzerland serving multi-national organizations and supporting US GAAP and IFRS reporting for cross-border equity transactions. These experiences have allowed him to cultivate an extensive global network of contacts and specialists to support client needs and expedite timely access to our PwC expertise at the local level.

Rich received his B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Societies of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
