As leader of the Debt Advisory service within PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance LLC, I advise companies on capital structure and find creative solutions to their financing needs.
The markets are constantly evolving. What makes my role exciting is that it is my responsibility to learn and understand where the markets are and where they are going. In doing so, I can help our clients solve problems and source capital on optimal terms.
Over my career in capital markets, I have raised billions of dollars of capital in the bond and loan markets across a variety of industries. My services cover acquisition finance / leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, growth capital and maturity extensions among others.
