Sam Taylor

Sam is a UK Partner currently on secondment to our West Coast offices. He leads a specialist UK tax team and links our US firm and clients to the rest of the UK PwC firm. Prior to coming on secondment Sam was based in Reading in the UK.

With a focus on International Tax and Technology businesses, Sam has 16 years corporate tax experience including a previous rotation to the US firm.

He advises multinational groups on a variety of corporate and international tax issues, ranging from global compliance through to reorganizations and acquisitions (and more recently Pillar Two).

Sam helps clients deal with the rapidly changing international tax environment and has worked with US multinational groups for much of his career.

Sam holds an Economics degree from the University of Southampton and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
