Sean Johnson

Sean Johnson is a PwC Tax partner based in Dallas, Texas, and serves as the firm’s Airline Sector Tax Leader in the US. Sean has extensive experience in helping clients understand the broad spectrum of business, accounting, and tax issues associated with new and constantly evolving standard-setting and legislative developments. In his airline sector role, Sean consults with multinational clients on a wide range of tax issues, including research and development credits, cross-border planning, and complex tax accounting topics.

Sean is a CPA and has a Master’s degree in Taxation from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
