Siddarth Kalasapur

Siddarth is a Los Angeles, California-based Principal at Strategy& US, PwC’s strategy group, where he helps companies harness the power of AI and technology to drive transformational growth. With over two decades of experience at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation, Siddarth specializes in guiding C-suite leaders through AI activation, digital and operating model transformations, and enterprise technology strategy. He has led multiple engagements for global organizations in the areas of Technology, Data, Analytics and AI strategies, cost transformations, and operating model designs.

Some of his engagements include:

• Defining a customer-centric strategy and operating model design for Salesforce’s Business Technology organization
• Establishing a data, analytics and AI organization at a US multi-state health plan and aligning with enterprise operating principles
• Helping a Fortune 20 global retail company transform its IT and data organizations to become business-focused and agile

Prior to joining PwC Strategy&, Siddarth was a software developer, architect and product manager across industries and sectors.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering, an MS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
