Tina Skidmore

Tina is the National Practice Leader of PwC’s State and Local Tax (SALT) practice. Tina is a Tax Partner at PwC serving clients mainly in the retail and technology sectors. Her previous roles include Pacific Northwest Tax Market Leader, Bay Area Northwest Market Tax Leader, Bay Area Northwest State Team Leader and West Region State Coordinator.

She has practiced over 30 years and has spent the last 25 years in public accounting focused on state and local income tax issues for primarily retail and technology companies. Tina is located in the Bay Area and serves clients in the Pacific Northwest down to Silicon Valley.

Prior to practicing state and local tax at a Big 4 accounting firm, Tina was a member of the corporate tax department of a large biotechnology company in Emeryville, California. Tina began her career in financial statement auditing and corporate financial planning. She holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Masters of Science in Tax from Golden Gate University.
