Todd Roberts is a partner and the US State and Local Tax (SALT) Inbound Leader, as well as the practice leader for the Rockies SALT group. In these roles, Todd advises clients regarding multistate tax issues, specifically in connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and controversies.
Todd has more than 18 years of state tax experience, in a wide variety of industries. Although his primary area of concentration is corporate state income and franchise taxes, he also assists clients with issues involving sales and use taxes. Todd is a member of the Illinois Bar and is a licensed CPA in Colorado and Illinois. He earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Illinois.
