Vincent Voogt

Vincent Voogt is an International Corporate Tax Partner currently on secondment from PwC Netherlands to the New York office (taking on the role of Dutch Desk Partner).

Vincent has over 15 years of experience as a tax practitioner. Before re-joining PwC in 2014 (after leaving PwC in 2010), Vincent worked as a tax lawyer for a global (mainly US based) law firm, where he worked in a transaction-based environment. 

Vincent has broad knowledge and working experience in various areas of Dutch and European taxation (including VAT and payroll tax) and also has a degree in Dutch civil law.

In his day-to-day practice Vincent advises US multinational companies in all areas of international taxation/tax planning and matters of Dutch corporate income taxation, as well as European tax matters. Vincent also has vast experience with audit of tax/tax accounting work and, specifically, supporting tax technical positions from an audit readiness perspective.

Vincent’s experience includes advising on a range of international transactions including advising on acquisitions and integrations, group restructurings and simplifications and assisting in discussions with the Dutch tax authorities.
