Year-End 2023 highlights include:
- 48% of investors anticipate more deal flow, up from 39% six months prior and a notable recovery from a historic low of 19% at Mid-Year 2022
- 35% of startup founders believe capital raising will be easier, a significant improvement from 22% at Mid-Year 2023
- 41% of investors show a predominant interest in multi-family solutions, with office solutions interest at a low of 8%
- 21% of startups are targeting the multi-family building space, driven by the need for digitization and attractiveness of the end market
