Its unique approach — combining specialized clinical care with advanced technologies — has led to rapid hiring growth in the US, UK, Canada, India and LATAM. The company’s size and complexity outgrew its former HR solutions and limited its People team from scaling at the speed of its business. Hinge Health worked with PwC to deploy Workday as its new global human capital management (HCM) solution.

“As our company experienced rapid growth, we found ourselves facing the challenge of multiple HR systems that couldn't communicate with each other.
