Code of Conduct
We have a Code of Conduct based on our corporate values that provides a frame of reference for the development of our professional practice.
Code of Conduct features:
- Facilitates decision making and better professional conduct.
- Provides a common behavior model grounded in our Firm’s values.
- Is based on our values (excellence, teamwork and leadership) and shows how these values apply to our daily business practices.
- Offers guidelines on how we should behave, guidance to our professionals as to what their standards of conduct should be and supports their concerns.
Who regulates the Code of Conduct?
A Code of Conduct Ethics Team, responsible for updating the Code of Conduct, advises on professional behavior matters, deals with queries, and identifies and applies best practices.
It is the responsibility of every professional at the Firm to follow the Code of Conduct and our policies consistently and appropriately, and to help others do the same.
