Adam Crutchfield
National Consulting Leader, PwC Canada
Adam Crutchfield is the National Consulting Leader and a member of the Extended Leadership Team. Prior to becoming the National Consulting Leader in July 2024, he was National Business Enablement Leader.
Adam has extensive expertise in operational transformation, operations excellence, field operations transformation, and operations due diligence allowing him to tailor successful outcomes for the unique needs of his clients.
He’s managed projects in industrial, utility and heavy municipal construction environments across Canada, the United States and Northern Europe, and has extensive experience working in the energy and transmission construction industries.
Adam joined PwC in 2008 as a Manager in Consulting, where he helped lead the operations consulting practice focusing on sustainable operational improvements. After returning as a partner from a global consulting firm in 2015, Adam took on the role of National Energy and Alberta Consulting Leader and most recently National Business Enablement Leader.
Based in Calgary with his wife and four children, Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered professional engineer (P.Eng) in the province of Alberta. An active member of the Calgary community, Adam supports and participates in several charitable events.
