Allan Jenkins

Allan Jenkins is a partner in the Assurance Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Halifax office. He works with forestry, retail, consumer and industrial products and real estate clients, specializing in assurance services and financial reporting. Allan advises his clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, as well internal controls over financial reporting.
Allan has more than 25 years of experience, with clients ranging from owner-managed enterprises to multi-national corporations, both public and private. Allan spent three years working in the PwC San Jose, California office. While in San Jose, Allan advised his public company clients in areas ranging from initial public offerings and public debt and equity offerings to Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, including Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements.
Allan obtained a BCom degree from Saint Mary’s University in 1993 and received his CPA, CA designation in 1996. In 2002, Allan also received his CPA (Illinois) designation.
