Andrew Burnett

Andrew Burnett is a Manager in the Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Edmonton office. He is part of the Transactions group.
Andrew has experience in the areas of due diligence, problem loans, debt recovery, corporate reorganizations, operational management, accounting and auditing. He has directed the receiverships of numerous companies located in Canada including overseeing business operations for an extended period to ensure going concern sales and reorganizations were completed.
He specializes in working with financial institutions and government agencies in such capacities as Receiver-Manager, Trustee, Agent, Monitor and Consultant. Andrew has extensive operational experience in ensuring management and financial controls and relevant reporting are in place to facilitate turnarounds or going concern sales, and completing operating reviews of numerous small, medium and large companies.
Andrew graduated from the University of Alberta with a BSc in Zoology in 1992 and a BCom in 1996.
