Andrew Popliger

Andrew Popliger is a Partner in Assurance and is part of the TMT&CM (Technology, Media, Telecommunications and Consumer Markets) practice. He supports clients from start-up through maturity, providing the advice and services needed for their industry and development phase and has experience in dealing with clients in high growth phases facing rapidly changing environments and dealing with complex issues.
Andrew has extensive experience with global integrated audits, including Canadian and SEC reporting matters, together with a strong understanding of revenue recognition, complex financing structures and business acquisitions. Finally, he has IPO experience from the readiness to final listing stage. He engages well with client senior management and boards to address complex issues proactively.
Andrew began his career with PwC in 2001 and has been specializing in TMT and life science business services since 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University. Andrew is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (2003) and a US Certified Public Accountant (2023).
