His various consulting and industry experiences range from private, municipal and public sector clients where he supported organizations to transform their HR function and realize the true value of their investments. Arash’s expertise include HR diagnostic assessments and roadmap development, HR Operating Model design and implementation, HR Shared Services design and build, end-to-end business process design, and HR Technology assessment, selection, and implementation.
