Bruno is a Partner in PwC Canada’s US Corporate Tax practice. Bruno’s practice primarily focuses on U.S. inbound cross border tax services for Canadian companies including structuring expansions into the US, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax as well as income tax compliance and provision.

With close to 20 years of professional experience, he has provided tax services to a broad variety of clients, both public and private, in several industries including distribution, retail, manufacturing, construction, technology, financial services and professional services.

Bruno is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada and a Certified Public Accountant in the US (Illinois). Having completed a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and all levels of the CICA In-depth Tax Program, Bruno has an extensive technical understanding of both the Canadian and US tax systems.

Bruno is a frequent speaker on various US tax topics.
