Caroline Banville is a Partner and the National Consulting Leader for the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice at PwC Canada. She began her career at PwC in 2017.
Caroline has extensive experience in technology delivery and project management. She favours a collaborative approach and is known for her ability to build strong and lasting client relationships.
Results-oriented, innovative and dynamic, Caroline has an impressive background in technology and engineering, telecommunications and media, finance, and health care services. She has strong organizational and leadership skills and is excellent at both strategy and architecture. Caroline focuses on developing effective and far-reaching solutions.
Prior to joining PwC, she worked in Canada for CGI as well as in the United States, where she led large teams working in various countries – including India and Brazil – to develop and deliver IT and telecommunications engineering projects.
Caroline is known for her leadership and has strong organizational skills. Lastly, she knows how to draw on her collaborative approach, enviable expertise and solid experience in developing strategic IT plans to maximize the true potential of an organization.
In addition to her responsibilities at PwC, Caroline is active in her community, as reflected in her service on the Board of Directors of Héma Québec since December 2017.
Caroline obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1993.
