Catherine is a Partner in PwC Canada’s Deals practice. She is based out of the Québec City office.
Catherine is a part of our Valuations modelling and Dispute group. Catherine advises clients in relation to business and asset valuations in many different contexts such as strategic business decisions, tax and estate plannings, transactions and financial reporting.
Catherine is involved in shareholders or matrimonial litigation matters requiring business valuation experience and has been recognized by the Court as an expert in that field.
Over the years, Catherine had the privilege to be involved in assignments of many different industries, including agri-food, manufacturing, mining, financial services, lumber processing, technology, transportation and logistics, civil and industrial engineering and construction.
Over the last decade, she taught and presented material related to business valuation and financial analysis to the Quebec Bar as well as various law firms in the Greater Quebec Area and to tax lawyers at the Quebec Revenue Agency. She was also an examination marker for the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CBV) from 2015 to 2020.
Catherine is a CPA, a CBV and an Accredited Arbitrator (IMAQ).
