Charlie Evans

Charlie Evans is an associate partner in the Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office.
Charlie has more than 15 years of experience providing financial and advisory services to a broad range of clients across different industries. He specializes in financial due diligence, valuation and financial analysis, and financial modeling.
Charlie has advised both financial and strategic buyers on the full continuum of the transaction process, from the initial screening of potential targets to the final determination of purchase price. He has been involved in deals ranging in size from $5 million to over more than $1 billion, covering a wide range of industries including consumer and industrial products, energy, financial services, professional services, retail, and telecommunications.
Charlie graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an HBA in 1989 and earned his CA in 1991. He is a Chartered Business Valuator, a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and he holds an MBA from Dalhousie University. He is also a mentor with the Canadian Youth Business Foundation.
