Chirag Shah is a partner in the Audit and Assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the London office.
Chirag provides services for a wide variety of public and private clients in industries including Technology, Life Sciences, Financial Services and Education. He has provided services beyond the traditional audit role including public offerings, acquisition and due diligence support.
He currently specializes in the Technology, Life Sciences, and Financial Services industries. In the Financial Services sector, Chirag assists clients with their audit requirements and related regulatory compliance (OSC, OSFI, MFDA, IDA). In the Technology and Life Sciences areas, Chirag specializes in assisting clients in the emerging and developmental stages of growth.
Chirag graduated from the University of Western Ontario in London with a BSc. After joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1991, Chirag continued his education at Wilfrid Laurier University in Kitchener, Ontario, where he earned his MBA. In 1993, Chirag attained the designation of CA.
Chirag was the primary lecturer for the Advanced Audit course offered by the Faculty of Continuing Studies at the University of Western Ontario from 2000 to 2003.
Chirag currently serves as President of the London Chamber of Commerce and Treasurer of TechAlliance. He was also the co-chair for the professional services division of the United Way Campaign Cabinet for 2004 and 2005 as well as serving as a director of Junior Achievement of London and District for six years.
