Craig Moffat

Craig Moffat is a partner in the Audit and Assurance Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office.
Craig has extensive experience in the mining and utilities sectors, concentrating on the provision of external audit and related services to Canadian public and SEC-registrant companies.
Craig manages the delivery of external audit services to a portfolio of clients based in Canada with local and overseas operations. His key areas of responsibility include: managing relationships with clients; supervising and reviewing work of junior staff; report writing; reviewing annual and quarterly financial statements and other financial regulatory filings for clients; and preparing and delivering training materials to clients.
Craig graduated with a BA in accounting and economics from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. He holds a CA designation in both Scotland and Ontario. Craig started at the UK firm of PwC in 1993 and moved to the Canadian firm in 2004.
Craig regularly makes presentations at the PwC Mining Executive Breakfast Events series and at other external IFRS conferences with a particular focus on the mining industry.
