David Whiteley

David Whiteley is a partner with the Consulting Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Calgary office. His main focus is on regulatory compliance and performance management.
David has more than 15 years of experience in both the consulting practice and the energy industry. He has also worked with other industries, including mining, hospitality, railways and shipping. His advisory experience has led him to be involved in many areas such as regulatory compliance, merger integration, litigation support, and IFRS change management.
Prior to joining PwC, David held several senior executive positions in the energy industry, including CFO and corporate secretary of international oil and gas company with operations in Canada and South America. He was also the manager of strategy and planning of a multinational conglomerate.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is a Chartered Accountant (CA). He is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
