Deirdre MacLeod is PwC Canada's Chief Legal Counsel and a member of the firm’s Extended Leadership Team.
Deirdre is responsible for all legal matters for the firm including litigation, regulatory compliance, governance, privacy, contracts, commercial agreements and transactions and employment-related disputes. Deirdre also acts as Secretary to the Board of PwC Canada.
With more than 15 years of experience, Deirdre is committed to creating an environment that attracts the best legal talent, fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment and ensures OGC is a trusted advisor to its clients.
Deirdre joined the firm in 2011 and prior to her current role, she was the firm’s Employment lawyer.
Deirdre obtained her LLB from Queen’s University in Kingston and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
