Elliott is the National Climate Change Leader and a Partner of PwC Canada. He is an ESG and Net Zero leader based in Toronto.
Elliott is a leader in climate change in Canada. Elliott has advised TSX-60 companies, global investors, Series I banks, and international investors on climate risk, decarbonisation, and climate strategy. Elliott has supported all three orders of government in Canada on climate risk, including as Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Toronto. Elliott was decorated among “Canada's Clean 50 2022” as a top climate change consultant nationally.
Elliott’s technical areas of focus are climate strategy, resilience and TCFD. He sat on the Canadian Expert Panel for Natural Disaster Resilience, and supported the launch of the National Working Group on Climate Resilient Infrastructure.
Elliott has delivered over $100m of climate change projects across more than 20 countries. He was the first project manager for the Climate Resilient Infrastructure Development Facility (CRIDF) which operates in 11 countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
Elliott is passionate about communications and media. He is a contributor to Bell Media’s Newstalk 1010; has written for national publications such as the Globe and Mail; and hosted the podcast Hot Talk. Elliott graduated from McGill University with a B.A Honours in Political Science and holds a Masters of Science from the London School of Economics.
