Gino Caluori is a Director within PwC's Value Creation (Deals) practice. 

Gino supports the business strategy and financial modeling needs of clients across multiple sectors (e.g., technology, mining, industrials, healthcare) in both merger and acquisition (M&A) and non-M&A situations. 

Gino’s experience includes working in corporate development, investment, and advisory roles. Prior to joining PwC in 2019, Gino led the corporate development function at LifeLabs and before that worked for Rio Tinto Group as a member of its M&A transactions team. Prior to Rio Tinto Group, Gino worked overseas as an equity research analyst for Van Berkom Global Asset Management. 

Gino started his career at another Big 4 firm, where he worked in that firm’s audit and international tax practices, with his time in international tax focused on planning and executing M&A and financing transactions. 

Gino is a CPA, CA (Ontario), lawyer (Quebec and New York State). He is a graduate of Concordia University (Finance and Accounting) and McGill University (Law).
