Strategy & Transformation Leader, PwC Canada
Jennifer Johnson is the Strategy & Transformation Leader and a member of the firm’s Extended Leadership Team.
In this capacity, she has responsibility for working with our firm leadership team to continuously innovate to deliver on our strategic objectives, prioritizing and managing key transformation initiatives based on agile design principles, ensuring we deliver on our firm strategy. Jennifer considers people, data, and infrastructure in a cross-functional way, ensuring a seamless change across the organization while proactively managing the flow and pace of change aligned to firm strategic priorities.
Jennifer is also the Cybersecurity, Privacy and Financial Crime Markets Leader. In this role, Jennifer works closely with all of our lines of service to bring our diverse capabilities together to holistically solve our clients cyber, privacy and financial crime challenges. She also leads our efforts to design and deliver cyber, privacy, and financial crime services tailored to the unique needs of the Private Equity & Pensions sectors.
Jennifer has held previous leadership roles at the firm, including the Financial Services industry leader and the National and GTA Leader of Enterprise Assurance Solutions (EAS) & Risk Assurance (RAS).
Jennifer's robust client base is focused in financial services, where she has more than 23 years of experience both in the US and Canada. Throughout her career, Jennifer has had the opportunity to work with a variety of financial services clients providing assurance and advisory services on risk management and internal control matters. Her financial services expertise is rooted heavily in insurance, but she has also worked extensively with investment management and banking clients during her career. Jennifer also brings significant experiences working with large technology companies.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance (Magna Cum Laude) from Central Connecticut State University in 1998. She is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control.
