Jennifer Perry is a Partner in PwC’s Forensic Services practice in the Greater Toronto Area, practicing in Investigations & Disputes.
Since 1996, Jennifer has practiced exclusively in investigative and forensic accounting leading multi-disciplinary teams and executing in a broad range of forensic services including financial and other corporate investigations, quantification of losses in financial disputes, other litigation support, regulatory compliance, and fraud and related risk consulting.
Her investigative casework includes investigation of alleged fraudulent financial reporting, Ponzi schemes, misappropriation of funds, procurement fraud, whistleblower complaints, cyber security incidents, workplace misconduct, and planning and execution of Anton Piller and other Court Orders, comprising search and seizure if material defined within Orders for evidentiary purposes. Her experience in dispute services and litigation support includes post-transaction purchase price disputes, franchise disputes, loss quantification in breach of contract and tort, class actions, class actions, construction delay claims, insurance claims, and quantifying economic damages and accounting of profits in intellectual property disputes.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) specializing in Investigative & Forensic Accounting, a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Professional Accountants.
