Joanna is a Partner for PwC Canada in the Cybersecurity, Privacy and Financial Crime Practice. In this capacity, Joanna works closely with our clients to address their cyber, privacy, fraud, anti-money laundering, sanctions, forensics and crisis management challenges with a focus on the financial services and insurance sectors.
Joanna is passionate about helping her clients leverage data driven solutions and controls holistically to better protect financial institutions and their clients. Ensuring trust and securing assets can exist in a symbiotic relationship with innovation, disruption and exceptional customer experience.
Through her 24 years in financial services, Joanna has specialized in end-to-end delivery and turnaround of large-scale strategic and regulatory initiatives ($100 million+) driving transformation leveraging advanced data and analytics solutions, enterprise platforms and custom technologies. Joanna’s depth of experience spans across Banking, Wealth, Capital Markets, and Insurance domains and across Enterprise Data, Digital Channels, Operations, Finance, Risk, Cyber and Fraud functions.
