Johanne Mullen is a PwC Deals Partner and National Leader of the Real Assets practice.
Johanne has 30 years of experience in capital project advisory, complex procurement advisory, project finance and structured finance.
Johanne is a trusted advisor to capital intensive organizations in both the public and private sectors, supporting them in structuring and implementing complex projects that drive value and benefits for asset owners and users. Johanne draws on this experience in leading the Real Assets practice with a cross-functional team that helps clients through every phase of the project lifecycle.
Johanne is Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships and a Governor of Marianopolis College in Montreal. Johanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from McGill University.
