John McKenna

John McKenna is a partner and senior vice president in the Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, working in the Toronto office.
For over 24 years, John has specialized in corporate restructurings and insolvencies in both Canada and the U.S., acting for both debtors and secured creditors in a wide variety of situations. Industries where John has significant experience include construction, real estate, manufacturing, and pulp and paper. John received an honours degree in Computer Science and Accounting from the University of Sheffield in England. He is a CPA in Canada, CA in the U.K., and a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioner in Canada. He is also a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Adviser in the U.S. and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in Ontario.
John is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, the American Bankruptcy Institute, Turnaround Management Association and the Toronto Construction Association.
