Chief Legal & Administrative Officer, PwC Canada
Kelly is responsible for leading the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) team and supporting the One Firm Risk mandate. She provides oversight, support and guidance to the firm’s transformation initiatives.
Early in her career, Kelly practiced law at a Bay Street law firm, focusing on corporate/commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions. Kelly has almost 25 years of in-house experience – having held senior roles leading the Legal, Risk Management, People & Culture and Corporate Affairs teams for Canadian companies in the consumer-packaged goods and retail industries. She has worked in both public company and private equity environments.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in English Literature from McGill University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association. Kelly also holds the ICD.D designation from the Rotman Institute of Corporate Directors.
Originally from Montreal, Kelly is bilingual. She currently lives in Toronto with her husband and daughter.
