Kelvin is a tax partner with over 10 years of experience providing Canadian corporate compliance and planning services. He works with oil and gas producers, utility entities, midstream processors, oil and gas service companies, construction companies, manufacturers and engineering firms.
He has helped clients with tax provisions and compliance, partnership matters, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient financing, cross-border transactions and structures, and various other tax issues.
Kelvin is committed to understanding the needs and expectations of his clients and is proactive in finding solutions tailored to their business. He invests time early in the process to understand his clients’ taxation needs and issues.
He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society.
