Kevin is the Tax Reporting and Strategy Leader, and Tax Managed Services Leader for PwC Canada. In his current role, he is focused on helping clients drive efficiency and effectiveness in tax departments through tax operating model and process reviews, leveraging technology to reduce costs and mitigate risks.
Kevin has more than 30 years of experience in the investment and financial services industry and has focused on providing practical tax solutions to asset management, real estate, banking and capital markets organizations. With in-depth industry and business experience, Kevin thoroughly understands the importance of relationships and the team approach to providing value-added advice and it is with this mindset that he engages with each and every one of his clients.
Kevin began his career with PwC Canada. After 11 years in the assurance and tax practice, he joined a Canadian public organization, ultimately taking on the role of Vice President, Taxation. During a 13 year span in industry, Kevin acquired significant practical experience in a wide range of areas including: investment product development, real estate and real estate investment products, mergers and acquisitions, financing strategies, executive compensation and general corporate tax planning.
Kevin graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree, and has been a qualified CPA, CA since 1994.
