Marc is a Toronto-based partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  After starting in the firm’s Assurance and Business Advisory practice, he joined the transfer pricing group in 2004.

Marc has extensive transfer pricing and international tax experience covering a number of areas, including global business restructurings, intellectual property migration and establishment of principal companies. He also has experience in audit defense, competent authority assistance and transfer pricing planning.  Marc leads PwC Canada’s Value Chain Transformation practice and much of his time is spent on outbound global restructuring projects for Canadian based multinationals.

Marc is frequent speaker on the topic of business restructurings and intellectual property migration at conferences held around the globe.

Marc graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University with a Bachelors of Business Administration (Hons). He has also taught there on a part-time basis. He holds both a CPA and CA designation and has completed parts I and II of the CICA In-Depth Tax Course.
