Mark is a Vice President in the Consulting and Deals practice of PwC Edmonton specializing in corporate advisory and restructuring, financial due diligence, and financial statement analysis.

Mark has experience advising local and national stakeholders of financially troubled companies with debts exceeding $100MM. He helps clients preserve value and restructure successfully by advising on business plans and options, assisting with cash flow forecasts, and developing and implementing restructuring plans. Mark has led informal restructurings as well as formal proceedings under Canadian insolvency and restructuring legislation.

Since joining PwC in 2010, Mark has led and helped with numerous restructuring advisory and sale mandates throughout Canada. His clients have included traditional lenders, asset-based lenders and private companies. Mark has worked in a wide range of industries including construction, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, automotive retail, and oil and gas services.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Commence from the University of Alberta and obtained his CA and CFA designations in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He also is a Chartered Insolvency & Restructuring Professional (CIRP).
