Martin Houle is a Vice-President with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc. at PwC Canada’s Montreal office.

Martin assists entrepreneurs and companies with raising capital, mergers & acquisitions as well as sales and divestitures. He has more than 5 years of experience at in corporate finance having participated in numerous projects touching different industry sectors.

Before joining PwC, Martin worked in a private equity fund. Martin holds a master’s degree in finance from the Université de Sherbrooke. Martin also holds the CPA designation. Martin is a registered student of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuator (CICBV).
