Nadir Hirji

Partner, Digital Services Leader, PwC Canada

I’m a Partner and leader of PwC’s Customer & Digital Transformation Practice. I focus on driving revenue growth and profitability by launching new products/services, reinventing an organisation’s customer interactions and empowering employees to support these new businesses. With an extensive background in customer-driven transformation, innovation, product launch, and technology enabled business transformation, I help organizations identify and prioritize new opportunities, and rapidly launch new products, services, and experiences that drive material results.

To achieve enhanced sales and reduced process administration, I enable organisations to create awesome customer experiences and digitally enabled employees. My focus is to help organisations define their north star, rapidly iterate and test solutions, and implement solutions in an agile way to realize benefits early and build momentum.

Prior to PwC Canada, I was a Partner at Jackman Reinvents, a customer experience reinvention company, and Accenture, where I focused on helping organizations acquire, convert and retain customers. I started my career at Mitchell Madison Group and Razorfish in San Francisco, where I learned how the power of digital can be used to change business models and engage customers and employees in new and exciting ways. I have worked with organizations in North America, Europe, and Asia across multiple industries.
