Peter is a Partner in the Risk Assurance practice of PwC Canada with over 24 years of experience. He leads PwC's National Digital Risk Solutions practice with a focus on emerging and disruptive technologies prioritizing on enterprise cloud technologies and transformation assurance.
Peter has taken on a leadership role in the PwC global network in the area of enterprise systems cloud technology enabled assurance offerings. He also leads PwC Canada's emerging technologies markets and risk assurance delivery strategy. Has consulted with provincial regulators and standard setters in helping to shape evaluation criteria for new markets entrance in the emerging tech space. Speaker on various emerging technology topics at Audit Committees and marquee business conferences.
Peter is also the global IT audit partner for some of PwC most iconic audit clients focused on risks and controls associated with enterprise systems. He led various ERP implementations, go live support engagements and post implementation reviews across clients pursuing transformation.
Peter volunteers in his community, has been appointed Board Director of Mackenzie Health. Contributes to the accounting profession through his membership and participation in CPA Canada’s Audit & Assurance Technology Committee. He is also a member of York University’s advisory panel for Graduate program in Accounting. Had served on the Board of IT Alliance for CPA Canada.
