Philip is based in Vancouver specialising in helping private equity groups, pension funds and corporations with their M&A transactions. Philip leads due diligence investigations for his clients to help them thoroughly evaluate and mitigate deal risks, and identify and capture opportunities and negotiating points.
Philip is a Canadian Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has over 20 years experience and leads buy-side and sell-side due diligence investigations on all types of organizations, across many different industries.He advises on cross-border deals and has experience with deals in Canada, the US, UK, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa.
