Pierre-Yves Morisset

Pierre-Yves is a partner in our Corporate Finance team where he leads our Debt and Capital advisory practice.
With more than 20 years of experience in structured finance, corporate banking, cash flow and asset-based lending, he has extensive knowledge with structuring complex financial transactions, building successful markets, platforms and business units and market expertise across Canada. Pierre-Yves has strong experience with middle-market and large corporate companies as well as private equity funds in deal origination, structuring, negotiation and execution, financial analysis, valuation and capital markets.
Pierre-Yves’s focus involves raising growth and acquisition capital, ensuring our clients have the right debt and capital structure to pursue their strategic plans as well as working with our corporate advisory and restructuring services practice to generate liquidity for stressed and distressed companies while creating value for our clients.
Pierre-Yves holds a Master’s in Finance (MBA) and Bachelor of Commerce (major in finance) from Laval University. He is fluent in both French and English.
