James Zivney

James Zivney is a U.S. Immigration Attorney and Manager at PwC Law LLP, working out of the Montreal office.

James has experience with both non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications processed through U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Customs and Border Protection, Department of Labor, and Department of State. He has assisted corporate clients across a range of industries.

James received his Master of Laws (LLM) from Osgoode Hall Law School, his Juris Doctor (JD) from the Georgetown University Law Center, and his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Oregon State University. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, has been granted a permit as a conseiller juridique étranger (Foreign Legal Consultant) from the Barreau du Québec. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has served in a liaison capacity for the AILA Canada Chapter to various government agencies.
