Leslie Lai

Leslie Lai is a U.S. Immigration Attorney and a Senior Associate at PwC Law LLP in the Vancouver Office.

Leslie has extensive experience as a U.S. immigration attorney handling employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, such as E-1/E-2, H-1B, TN, O-1, L, and P visas. Prior to joining PwC, Leslie worked for boutique law firms in Manhattan, New York for five years. She has worked with a wide range of clientele, from individual clients with startup entities to employees from multinational firms.

Leslie attended the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She then received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and Massachusetts State Bar (inactive), and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is fluent in English and Cantonese Chinese.
