Ryan Lotan

Ryan Lotan is the Markets Leader, Government and Public Sector and a member of PwC Canada’s Extended Leadership Team.
During his time at the firm, Ryan also led PwC Canada’s public sector-focused delivery capabilities, comprised of Strategy&, Digital Operations, Front Office Transformation, Citizen Experience, Workforce of the Future, and Technology Strategy & Transformation.
He has over 20 years of experience in architecting and implementing change for clients across Canada and specializes in issue-led, technology-enabled transformation in the Canadian Public Sector, working with PwC’s clients to connect their strategies with execution.
Working with all levels of Government—municipal, provincial and federal—Ryan’s expertise and experience in business transformation and business architecture help our clients drive innovation, anchored in sustained outcomes for their organizations and ultimately, for Canadians. More specifically, he specializes in service operations design and improvement, program design, delivery and implementation, economic analysis and policy modernization, performance management and measurement and strategic planning.
As an experienced facilitator and trainer, Ryan has designed and delivered content to clients and colleagues across Canada, the Caribbean, Central America and South America. He has also represented PwC Canada as part of a Global Team responsible for the continuous evolution of our proprietary methods and tools.
Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and International Political Economy) from McGill University.
