Focusing on financial due diligence, Shoshana brings 20+ years of experience leading complex buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for both strategic and financial buyers. Her work spans across various facets of transaction engagements, including pre-deal scenario modeling, deal negotiation, purchase and sale agreement advisory work and project management for large multi-disciplinary engagements.
Shoshana’s experience includes a wide variety of industries, most notably retail & consumer packaged goods, health & pharmaceuticals and industrial manufacturing. She has advised clients on contemplated and completed transactions, ranging in size of up to billions.
Shoshana’s career at PwC includes two years with London’s Transaction Services group. Prior to joining the PwC Deals group, she spent four years in the PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Audit and Assurance practice where she worked on both public and private corporate audit engagements.
Shoshana is a member of PwC’s National Deals Leadership Group and currently serves as the Deals CFO. She is a sought after coach, mentor and sponsor. A graduate of and speaker and mentor for PwC’s Women in Leadership program, she is passionate about making PwC an even more inclusive place.
Shoshana holds a Bachelor of Commerce Hons. degree and is a Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) in Canada.
