Susan Sharp leads the CX Transformation Consulting practice, the Experience Design practice and the CMO Advisory at PwC Canada.

Susan believes real transformation happens when organizations connect their brand to their culture, their CX and their EX—which traditionally are looked at and managed in silos. Working holistically to connect these pillars to the operational changes and enabling technology required for change is the only way to truly see business results.

Using strategic design and innovation methodologies, Susan helps organizations transform their customer experience to deliver on their growth objectives—be it revenue, retention or reputation. Blending design thinking, analytics and a digital, customer centric mindset, she accelerates clients’ digital transformations by focusing on solving complex problems and on the experience of the people they are interacting with. For over 20 years Susan has worked in B2B and B2C industries. Her sales, marketing and technology background are critical in transforming her clients’ front offices and in delivering business results.
