Travis is a Partner in PwC’s Sustainability Reporting & Assurance practice, and is the Sustainability lead for the Energy & Utilities industries.
Based in Calgary, Travis has spent his career assisting clients in the Energy & Utilities space navigate complex reporting and assurance requirements. These years of experience have given him a deep understanding of the Canadian reporting landscape (both financial and sustainability reporting) and he brings this experience and his problem solving ability to all of our clients.
As an expert in the sustainability reporting field, Travis helps our clients navigate the rapidly evolving reporting landscape in sustainability & ESG, including new regulations and voluntary sustainability reporting.
Travis also leads the delivery of assurance under a number of standards in the sustainability space, including corporate-level assurance over emissions and other KPIs; he has experience with all of the relevant sustainability reporting standards (ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, EU CSRD / ESRS, the SEC Climate Rules, TCFD, SASB, and GRI).
He also helps lead our GHG emissions verification practice, providing facility-level reasonable assurance for compliance with provincial and federal regulations (Alberta TIER, OBPS, Clean Fuels Regulation, amongst others).
These diverse offerings allow Travis and PwC to be optimally positioned as the assurance provider of choice for our clients - we have the ability to assist our clients from the beginning of their sustainability reporting journey, through to assurance and regulatory reporting.
Travis has assisted leading organizations in building trust in their sustainability reporting and works to ensure our clients can meet broad (and ever-growing) stakeholder needs in sustainability reporting.
Travis is a CPA, CA and graduated from the University of Calgary prior to joining PwC in 2009. During his free time, he is active in coaching minor hockey and soccer.
